HaulProof helps freight brokers, 3PLs, factoring companies and trucking insurers know who is hauling the freight, on both sides of the Canada-US border.

Vetting a Canadian or cross-border carrier usually means checking FMCSA, then the province, then the Quebec CTQ list, then calling to make sure the email you were given is real. HaulProof does it in one search. Look up a carrier by USDOT, MC, NSC, CVOR, Quebec NIR or NEQ, or by name, and get one record that brings together FMCSA (registration, authority, insurance filings, inspections, crashes, BASICs) and the Canadian provincial records: Quebec CTQ Unsatisfactory and Conditional lists (synced daily), the Ontario MTO safety rating on demand, Manitoba C-SNAP, NSC and CVOR abstracts shared by carriers with consent, and federal corporation status. Domestic Canadian carriers without a USDOT get a record too.

Every carrier gets a risk tier, Low, Average, Medium or High, with the signals behind it: authority, insurance, safety, links to other carriers, and provincial compliance. Hard rules force High for an active out-of-service order, no active authority, or a Quebec Unsatisfactory or Conditional rating.

HaulProof keeps watching after the load is booked. Put carriers on a watchlist and get same-day alerts when one loses its authority, has its insurance cancelled, is placed out of service, or changes tier or rating, by email, Slack, Microsoft Teams or signed webhook.

The contact check tells you whether the email or phone you were given really belongs to the carrier and flags look-alike domains. Members can report double brokering, impersonation, theft or no-shows to a reviewed broker report network, free on every plan. A free Chrome extension shows the tier on DAT, Truckstop and Loadlink, and a REST API with a free tier brings the same data into your TMS.
