What is HelloCounsel?
HelloCounsel is an AI voice agent built specifically for personal injury, workers' compensation, and mass tort law firms. Rather than functioning as a generic answering service, it resolves the entire PI call lifecycle: front-desk reception, new client intake, records requests, case-opening status calls, and client treatment/status updates.
Every call -- inbound or outbound -- is answered by the AI agent and written back into the firm's case management system (Filevine, Litify, Clio, Smart Advocate, MyCase, or CasePeer) as a structured note in real time, using native API integrations rather than manual data entry or third-party automation tools like Zapier. This gives firms full documentation and operational visibility on every call, at a fraction of the cost of traditional human answering services.
HelloCounsel is best suited for mid-market PI, comp, and mass-tort firms (roughly 10-200 employees) that already run a production CMS and have dedicated case management staff -- it is not intended as a general-purpose legal tool or for solo practitioners without a CMS in place.
