What is Heronys?
Heronys replaces paper valet tickets and disconnected parking systems with one AI platform, designed, built and supported in Doha, Qatar.
At the gates, ANPR cameras recognise each vehicle's plate, admit permitted vehicles by opening the barrier and record every entry and exit. Inside, a live map shows each bay as free, occupied or reserved, floor by floor, and a 3D view is generated directly from the saved 2D plan. Availability can be sent to LED screens at the entrance so drivers know where to go before they arrive.
Valet teams get a paperless workflow: guests arrive with an NFC card, each car's plate and colour are captured before it moves, dispatch goes out by SMS and guests retrieve their car from Apple Wallet.
Managers run everything from one operations dashboard: occupancy, check-ins against the previous period, peak hours, average stay, staff and role-based permissions, and reports, in English and Arabic.
Heronys is cloud-hosted, integrates with standard barrier controllers and compatible existing cameras, and is certified to ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27018, ISO/IEC 27701 and ISO/IEC 42001. It is live at government, regulatory and private-sector facilities in Doha, and serves hotels, malls, corporate towers, events and residential destinations across Qatar.
