Pricing is a big minus from the perspective of a solo creator from a not-so-developed country. Little minus, is still seeing unnaturality of the character, but I guess that will improve day by day.

Its use is very easy to put into practice.

The free credits are few and the package price is beyond my reach.

The HeyGen artificial intelligence tool is an excellent solution for those who need a spokesperson to convey information to the viewer but lack someone available to record or the necessary equipment. HeyGen has the ability to turn any photo into an animated character, offering various options for customization according to the client's needs. Unlike other tools, HeyGen stands out for providing natural movements and facial expressions to the avatar, avoiding distortions in the image as seen in other platforms.

Improving lip synchronization in other languages, especially Brazilian Portuguese, which was the language I used, is crucial. Another negative aspect is the pricing. Unfortunately, pricing is only available in dollars. It would be interesting to expand to other regions, adjusting prices to different local currencies, making the tool more accessible and fair here in Brazil.

The ability to find what I needed easily readily available to me in a short amount of time.

Cost for trying something before you buy in to a subscription was not there. I would like the ability to purchase said credits needed to test out products before you fully commit.

It was easy to use. It worked well for me.

I would have liked to have had more time to test the product for my needs. That means more credits.

It's got AI avatars? Seriously though, I don't "like" anything about HeyGen. The best I can say is that I guess I dislike the login portal the least, but it's sadly true. The ONLY reason to come to HeyGen is for the AI avatars, and you can get those elsewhere. So although it may sound hyperbolic, it's true: the thing I "like" most about HeyGen is that if you're willing to suffer through the rest, you will--eventually--get an animated avatar video.

Honestly, it's usually terrible support for basic features that drives me to actually leave a review, but while the support team is seemingly never online and refuses to actually read tickets, that seems to be industry standard for silicon valley these days, so this time the most offensive problem is the content moderation, and not just the absurdly puritanical nature of their filter but how long it takes to get dealt with as well.

The investment in this product is significant, with its pricing positioned on the higher end of the spectrum. However, the value it delivers, in my view, is well-matched to its cost, particularly when compared to alternatives that fall short in quality. A minor hiccup I've encountered is the occasional voice fluctuation, where the avatar adopts an unusual accent via the text-to-speech functionality. This aspect, though a slight drawback, is something I am keenly working to overcome, exploring various strategies to enhance the overall experience.

above all heygen offers a modern, professional and very accessible interface, you can easily find everything in the right place. having tested almost all the other solutions currently available, it is by far the most qualitative and the most affordable.

without menagment I have difficulty finding them because there is no really comparable competitor when we test them, I would say I can't wait to see the future improvements

What I liked the most is the great variety of options it offers. A dozen avatars, with clothing options and several voices in many languages for these. Also the studio with which you can generate videos and the resources you have to decorate them. I think it is a very complete tool.

It can be expensive, but it is worth it.

The price will be a deciding factor for many, although it has to be compared to the cost of hiring voice over artists and/or actors and the time it would take to script, record and edit videos of this quality.

The level of video outputs that you get. Those are the best Ai avatars on the market. So good some people wont even notice the difference from real videos. Saved a lot time

I am not a big fan of the pricings. And I would love to have a bit more flexebility with the creation of Ai avatars.

I do not like that the credits are rounded up to 30 seconds. It's not a cheap product so I'd like to get more use out of the credits that I purchased.

The platform is so easy to use. It saves me time and the avatars are so real.

It's a bit expensive and a couple of times I looked for a feature and realised that it had been moved.

The pricing, while I think is a little expensive, is on par with its competitors and actually enough cheaper with better functionality to warrant the cost. I am researching for a potential purchase. It has risen to the top. Now to convince the Finance Dept.

The avatars speech patterns were awkward at times, compared to the competitors, but the hand gesturing and facial movements and expressions made up for it.

HeyGen is the best neural network for generating a digital avatar. There is no such quality anywhere. I will use it and recommend it to my friends! Develop!
