Heyrise AI is a B2B sales AI platform built for manufacturers and wholesalers whose customers place orders and request quotes by email, phone, WhatsApp, or chat rather than through a web shop or EDI connection. The platform reads inbound order and quote requests across email, WhatsApp, webchat, voice, Microsoft Teams, Messenger, SMS, and Slack, then generates orders and RFQs written directly into the customer's OMS, ERP, or CRM — priced against each account's own contracted terms. Deployment options include cloud-based infrastructure in the EU and a fully on-premise configuration in which the complete AI stack — orchestration, models, inference, and policy layers — runs within the customer's own environment, with no customer data leaving that infrastructure.

Heyrise AI covers four core functional areas. Orders and RFQ processing reads and interprets inbound B2B requests, checks availability and account-specific pricing, recommends products for up- and cross-selling, and generates orders or RFQs in connected backend systems. Guided Selling draws on PIM data and past conversation history to answer product questions and identify best-fit options for a customer's stated goal. Customer Retention pulls order history to confirm repeat orders in a single message and surfaces complementary products. Heyrise Studio provides a unified workspace where sales experts manage conversations, review AI suggestions, and convert demand into baskets, orders, or quotes. Policy-based automation controls let teams define — per market, order size, customer category, and product group — what is automated versus routed to a human. In co-pilot mode, AI suggestions require human approval before sending, and every approval or correction feeds back into the model.

Integrations cover SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, Zendesk, SCAYLE, Akeneo, and any system with an API, including custom and legacy environments. The platform targets industrial components, building materials, technical wholesale, spare parts and aftermarket, and broader manufacturing and wholesale distribution verticals.
