Most organizations that run competitive bids do not have a procurement department. They have someone in operations or finance who inherited it, a folder of past RFPs, and a spreadsheet that has been copied eleven times. i-landing replaces that with one system, without an implementation project.

Writing the bid

Compose an RFP, RFQ or RFI in a section-based editor with rich text, pricing tables and custom response fields. Save any bid as a reusable template. Auto-numbering, document preview and NDA gating are built in.

Inviting Suppliers

Suppliers reach a bid either through an invitation link that needs no account at all, or through a free supplier portal account where they see opportunities matching their categories. They are never charged - not to view a solicitation, not to ask a question, not to submit. A fee between a supplier and your bid only narrows the field you were trying to widen.

Keeping it fair

Once a bid is published, structural changes require a draft addendum, which is diffed against a snapshot taken when you opened it and issued to every invited supplier at once. Questions and answers go to everyone. Submissions stay sealed until the closing date, and that date can only move forward.

Evaluating

Score against criteria and weights defined before the bid went out. Evaluators score independently, then agree a consensus score that is recorded alongside the individual ones rather than overwriting them. External evaluators get their own scoped access.

Awarding and defending it

Award one or more suppliers and send regret notices automatically. Every publish, addendum, question, download, submission, score and award is logged, so reconstructing who did what and when does not depend on anyone's inbox.
