Instero overview
What is Instero?
Instero is a Polish-language CRM for companies that install and service building systems: electricians and heating installers, security and low-voltage contractors, HVAC and heat pump service teams, and solar PV installers. Quotes are built from a product basket with wholesaler price lists and the margin shown on every line, and the customer accepts them through a link. Accepted jobs go to the calendar and the weekly crew schedule. Technicians fill in reports on their phones, even without signal, and customers sign with a finger. Installed equipment keeps its warranty date, and the next maintenance visit comes back on its own. Invoices are imported from KSeF, Poland's national e-invoicing system, and can be issued with an add-on. Priced per company, not per user, from PLN 99 net per month, with a 14-day trial and no card required.
