J5Drive helps small used-car and Buy Here Pay Here dealers in the US run the lot from a browser, in English or Spanish, with nothing to install.

Add cars by VIN scan and track invested cost, title status, photos and real profit per vehicle. Create cash or financed contracts with weekly, biweekly or monthly payments, signed on screen. Accounts receivable shows each balance, next due date and days late.

Each payment generates a receipt in English or Spanish, based on the contract's selected language. Payments are never deleted; only the owner can void them. Customers get email payment reminders, plus WhatsApp receipts and a late alert if they agreed to receive them. Customers who agree to texts (US numbers) also get SMS: a receipt for every payment with the balance and invoice link, the same reminders as email (3 days before, on the due date and every 3 days late up to 30 days) and insurance reminders 7 days before and on the day it expires, in the contract's language, with a STOP opt-out. No marketing or bulk texts. J5Drive provides CSV inventory feed links for configuration in Meta Commerce Manager and Google Merchant Center, subject to each platform's requirements.
