What is Jemalys Salles?
Jemalys Salles puts all the meeting rooms of a company in one shared calendar. A click on a free slot opens the booking form already filled in, and a room that is already booked is locked, so double bookings are impossible. Week and month views show who booked which room; a search finds a free slot for a given duration and number of people; each room has its capacity, equipment and colour, and every user has an account.
The software runs on a Windows PC of the company (on-premise) and is used through a web browser on the computers, tablets and phones of the local network. Data stays on the company's PC, with automatic backups and a USB copy. One-time licence of 99 € excl. VAT per site, no subscription. A free online demo lets you browse the real software with fictitious data. Interface in French.
