Q. What is Clearooms used for?
Clearooms helps hybrid offices share desks, meeting rooms and parking without the spreadsheets. Your office is shown as an interactive floor plan, so people can see what's free, who's in and book in a couple of clicks from the web, the free iOS and Android app or Microsoft Teams. Meeting rooms also sync two ways with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, so bookings made in Outlook or Google Calendar land in Clearooms too. AI-powered Smartbooking points each person to the desk that suits them best, using their favourite desks, colleagues and past bookings, and teams that work in shifts can book early, late or night shifts as well as full or half days. Admins control it all from one portal: booking rules, team allocations, check-in and automatic release of no-shows, parking permits and misuse reports, visitor invites and room services such as catering. Reports show how each office and team uses its space. The OpenSpaces add-on also lets outside customers book and pay for spare rooms and desks from your website. You pay for bookable desks, rooms and parking spaces, never per user, and single sign-on, SCIM, the Teams app and the API are included on every plan. There's a named Customer Success Manager on every plan and a free 30-day trial.
