1. Find: choose a business type and a town or neighbourhood anywhere in Spain. Kaptaly searches open map data and the companies' own websites and returns name, address, phone, email and website when they are published. You can also upload your own list from Excel or CSV.

2. Prioritise: AI marks each company as high, medium or low fit for what you sell and explains why in one sentence.

3. Email: AI drafts a first email and a follow-up with placeholders for name, company and city. You review them and Kaptaly sends them from your own mailbox on weekdays, a few minutes apart, never more than two per company.

4. Replies: AI sorts every reply and proposes an answer with free slots from your calendar to interested contacts. Unsubscribe requests go to your exclusion list at once.
