The Next Level Accounting module centralizes ledger management with master data maintenance for customers, suppliers, inventory, and fixed assets. It orchestrates purchasing workflows, including requisitions, orders, direct acquisitions, and returns. Sales processes encompass quotations, order processing, direct transactions, and return handling. Inventory capabilities support stock verification, adjustment routines, component usage monitoring, card based tracking, and inter warehouse transfers. The embedded accounting engine automates journal entries, generates ledger records, and produces financial statements. Production and point of sale extensions address manufacturing scenarios and transactional retail operations.

The Project Management System module manages project intake, cost simulation, progress monitoring, document archiving, scheduling, Gantt chart analysis, and performance dashboards. The Customer Relationship Management module governs prospect pipelines, task automation, contact records, campaign execution, advisory scheduling, integrated quotation and order processes, customer service interactions, and knowledge base access. The Asset Management module covers rental coordination, maintenance planning, expenditure tracking, asset history logging, and utilization analytics. The Warehouse Management System module provides part tracking, detailed inventory identification, rack configuration, barcode and scanner integration, audit processes, multi location handling, reorder guidance, first in first out control, and operational dashboards. The Retail Solution module encompasses point of sale transactions, product grouping, attendance monitoring, pricing strategy configuration, promotional management, barcode support, and backend integration. The Human Resource Management module remains under development to incorporate workforce administration and talent processes.

KEYSOFT ERP supports tailored development through customizable forms, bespoke reporting, personalized dashboards, open application programming interfaces, third party integration, and additional data field incorporation. The implementation methodology follows a structured development life cycle with division level requirements gathering, process analysis, flowchart refinement, staging environment development, quality assurance validation, business requirement documentation, user acceptance testing, and production deployment. The platform integrates an AI assistant to automate routine tasks and accelerate decision processes. Ongoing technical support and maintenance services are provided through a dedicated support portal.
