KI Schulgenie is a browser-based platform that gives teachers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland more than 120 purpose-built AI tools for producing teaching material. There is no desktop client, no plugin and nothing to roll out. Teachers sign in and work.

Each tool is built around one output rather than a single open chat window. There are tools for worksheets and differentiated versions of the same task, gap-fill exercises, tests with answer keys, vocabulary tests, crosswords and word puzzles, listening material and dictations, lesson outlines and starters, homework, presentations, images and letters to parents.

Input is deliberately simple. A tool asks for the subject, the topic, the year group and the level of difficulty. Teachers can select a curriculum, and from the Pro plan onwards upload their own curriculum, worksheets, PDFs, images or videos and have the tool build on that material.

Output can be printed, downloaded as PDF or Word from the Pro plan onwards, edited in place, or published as an interactive version that pupils open through a link or a QR code, complete on screen and have marked automatically. Pupils need no accounts of any kind.

Security and data protection: servers and database are hosted in Frankfurt am Main. Input is never used to train AI models. Results are kept for 24 hours by default. Access is protected by two-factor authentication, and data is encrypted.

There are no integrations to configure and no third-party accounts to connect. Everything a teacher needs sits inside the platform.

Standard covers the everyday basics with more than 100 tools. Pro adds a faster model, file upload, PDF and Word export, editing and organised storage of results, and personal support.
