Disconnected Appointment and Documentation Integration: Calendar and appointment data do not automatically sync with documentation fields, such as date of service or time.

Stay away . When you need your records for an audit they will not allow you to access them if you don’t have an active account !

I appreciate that KIPU has tabs that appear no matter what page you are on within a client's chart - this makes hopping from one tab to another to access vital information while charting a bit easier.

KIPU is sometimes slow and has glitches but software providers and administrators  work diligently to correct any errors.

Pretty useful for keeping everything easy to access.

KIPU has made client record management more convenient and I am able to get notes done quicker thanks to the preset menus and suggestions.

Care coordinator 

The interface and adding forms can be a difficult but only because they delete or they delete other information entered. But other than that keep you is amazing and the core functions are just really convenient

The duplicate feature is also nice when writing notes so it carries over some information that may not change on the week to week basis.

I loved that I was able to learn a lot on the back end.

It’s caused me so much frustration and my team and I have to keep up with things on spreadsheets and paper still just to be able to stay organized when (for the cost of this software) should never have to use outside tools to run our program.
