Kundoo is a cloud-based CRM web app built for individual field sales representatives, outside sales agents, commercial agents (Handelsvertreter), and self-employed sales professionals operating in German-speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). It consolidates customer management, revenue tracking, appointment scheduling, follow-up reminders, and geographic route planning into a single browser-based tool, replacing spreadsheets and paper-based processes. No installation is required, and the app is ready to use in under five minutes with no setup appointment or training. Kundoo is also installable as a progressive web app (PWA) on iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, and Windows. Data is hosted in an ISO 27001-certified data center in Germany, and a GDPR data processing agreement (AVV) is included.

Kundoo is designed strictly for single-user, personal use with no team or multi-user functionality. Each account is private to the individual user, with no employer access to account data. Core features include a dashboard displaying key metrics such as revenue, open tasks, and follow-up reminders; a customer directory with contact details, visit history, revenue records, notes, and documents; a customer map for geographic client visualization and route planning; a daily appointment view with calendar export; and revenue tracking per customer and article with year-over-year comparison and PDF reporting. Goal tracking, CSV import with undo, and CSV export are also included.

Kundoo operates on a flat monthly pricing model with all features included, no add-on modules, no minimum contract term, and monthly cancellation. Data remains exportable at any time, including after cancellation. Two-factor login and encrypted data storage are standard, and the platform requires an internet connection to save data.
