Kwiiz helps teachers find out, during the lesson, what their class has really understood. It is built in Switzerland for primary, secondary, upper secondary and vocational schools, in French and German.

Students take part from any phone, tablet or computer by typing a short code. They never create an account or give an email address, so Kwiiz can be used from the very first lesson. After each answer, the student sees an explanation of why it is right or wrong.

The teacher chooses how the class plays: live on the projector with everyone together, each student at their own pace, a treasure hunt, flashcards to revise, homework over several days, or an expedition across several weeks. The same quiz can also be printed as a worksheet with its answer key.

Every quiz is tied to an objective of the Swiss curricula (PER, Lehrplan 21, upper secondary and vocational training plans). Kwiiz turns the answers into a reading by competency for each student and writes a short teaching report after each session, with what to reteach and to whom.

Teachers start from a library of more than 2,600 ready-made quizzes, write their own in the editor (12 question types, including ordering, matching, typed answers, audio and video), generate a draft with Swiss AI, or send their existing course documents and quizzes to be converted.

Student data is hosted in Geneva, AI runs on Apertus, the Swiss public language model, and student names are removed before any AI processing. Kwiiz holds the swiss made software, swiss hosting and +AI labels.
