Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

MCP-Doctor overview
What is MCP-Doctor?
MCP-Doctor is a cloud-based, developer-initiated code review service for software development teams and individual developers. It accepts a caller-supplied unified Git diff and optional surrounding source context, then returns focused findings anchored exclusively to changed lines. Findings are classified P0 through P2 and cover security vulnerabilities, correctness issues, reliability risks, race conditions, and severe performance problems. Each finding includes location, risk description, explanation, and fix direction. The service is accessible via a hosted MCP server over Streamable HTTP with OAuth, or through a synchronous REST API scoped to provisioned organizations. Sixteen language identifiers are supported, with optional context and review controls available to the caller.
MCP-Doctor operates without requiring repository credentials or direct filesystem access. The caller controls exactly what diff and context is submitted, limiting source code exposure to only what is explicitly provided. Organization-level membership scoping isolates customer resources and enforces access boundaries across organizations. Structured error responses include request IDs to support safe recovery without surfacing internal implementation details. Review behavior is consistent across both the MCP and REST interfaces, giving teams a predictable evaluation experience regardless of integration method. Target users include software development teams operating within provisioned organizations and individual developers using MCP-capable clients or REST-integrated workflows.
