It continuously watches the health of every camera across every site, catches the quiet failures that cause outages and recording gaps, and keeps the records that prove the system was working. The platform monitors device health, never footage.

What it tracks

Reachability and verified image production for every camera, continuously, so a camera that is online but silently producing nothing does not go unnoticed. Certificate expiry, firmware state, and time sync, alerted well before any of them cause an outage or make recordings unusable as evidence. Tamper events, captured and preserved. Planned maintenance is marked so routine work never pages anyone, and real failures become tickets with the diagnostic context already attached.

Proof, not just alerts

Every health signal and every action lands in a tamper-evident, hash-chained record. When an auditor, a compliance framework, or an insurer asks whether the camera system was working during a given period and who touched it, the answer is a report rather than a scramble. MentatNOC is pursuing SOC 2 attestation; reports will be published when issued.
