Most students stop practising once the lesson ends. Mikavo gives schools a way to reach into the weeks in between: their own learning app, running under the school's own name, logo and domain and filled with the school's own vocabulary, texts and recordings.

What students get

A web app for phone, tablet and computer with flashcards and spaced repetition, listening and reading tasks, speaking and writing practice, homework with due dates, placement and mock tests, streaks and progress by level. It opens in the browser and can be added to the home screen, so there is nothing to download from an app store.

What teachers get

A view of where each learner stands and which topics need work, so the next lesson can start there.

How it works

Mikavo scopes the app in a short call, loads the school's existing material (spreadsheets, Word files, PDFs, audio), sets up student accounts and launches within 2 to 4 weeks. Hosting, updates and support are run by Mikavo. Each school gets its own separate instance, and a data processing agreement is signed before any student account exists.

Setup from €1,900, operation from €79 per month, with a fixed price in writing after a free call.

Who it is for

Language schools first, and any provider that runs courses with enrolled learners, such as tutoring centres, music schools and exam preparation providers. Mikavo complements existing booking and invoicing tools rather than replacing them.
