What is MileCall?
MileCall is web-based scheduling, dispatch and billing software for non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) providers, with a driver app for iOS and Android.
Dispatch: plan the day on a calendar with auto-assign that checks pickup windows, ride-time limits, space types and run hours. Run it on one board with a live map, will-calls and alerts for vans at risk of missing a pickup window.
Driver app: the run in driving order, pre-trip inspection, signatures, odometer readings and no-show proof with a photo. Every step is saved on the phone and sent when the signal comes back.
Billing: each leg is priced from the payer's own rates, legs missing proof are held with the reason, trip sheets are exported in each payer's columns, invoices are created and 835 remittances are posted back onto the legs.
Riders: text reminders and a live ride page in English or Spanish.
Switching: we move your riders, payers, drivers and vehicles from your current software for free and run a side-by-side week before you switch. $59 per vehicle per month, everything included. Built for small and mid-sized California providers, Medi-Cal first.
