MiYaDine (秘奥餐饮) is a restaurant POS developed by Guangzhou Miao Software Technology Co., Ltd. (秘奥软件), which has built POS software for overseas Chinese merchants since 2007. MiYaDine launched in 2024 and is currently at V3.0.

Architecture and offline operation

MiYaDine is built with Flutter and stores data in a local SQLite database, so ordering, kitchen tickets and checkout keep running during network outages. Data syncs automatically once connectivity returns. Order updates are pushed to kitchen displays and QR ordering pages in real time over WebSocket. Deployment is either local or hosted on 25 server nodes across more than 20 countries and regions.

Multilingual interface

The interface is available in 23 languages: Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian, German, Russian, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay, Filipino, Khmer, Lao, Mongolian, Kazakh, Bengali and Swahili.

Receipt printing

Standard ESC/POS thermal printers usually garble non-ASCII text. MiYaDine detects non-ASCII content and renders the line as a bitmap, so Thai, Khmer, Lao, Arabic and currency symbols such as ₭ ฿ ₦ ₩ ₫ print correctly. Bluetooth printing uses chunked, throttled transmission for stable output.
