Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

Monact overview
What is Monact?
Monact gives ecommerce sellers a feedback channel inside the parcel. You create a campaign in the dashboard, either a short survey or a set of review links, and download a print-ready card carrying one QR code. The card goes in your packaging. When a buyer opens the box and scans it, they answer your questions one screen at a time and finish on a page listing your review sites.
Campaigns can be changed after the cards are printed, so a card already in a customer's hands can switch from a survey to review links, or get new questions, without reprinting anything. One code covers a whole print run, so you can print ten cards or ten thousand.
Surveys support score, multiple choice and free text questions, with branching follow-ups on the Growth and Scale plans. Results show the spread of answers buyers actually gave rather than a single sentiment score, and everything exports to CSV.
Monact is built to stay inside marketplace rules. It never asks buyers for their name or email, never offers incentives for reviews, and never gates reviews: every buyer reaches the same final screen with the same review links, whatever they answered.
There is a free plan with one campaign and 50 responses, and paid plans from £39 a month with the first printed cards included.
