MonteurBook overview
What is MonteurBook?
MonteurBook helps landlords of worker accommodation (Monteurzimmer) in Germany run rooms, bookings and invoicing from one place. The occupancy calendar shows every room and every company, warns before double bookings and works on desktop and phone. Inquiries arrive by e-mail and in the dashboard; one click confirms a booking or sends a counter offer.
Each property gets its own booking page on monteurbook.de, the platform where companies and dispatchers search for worker accommodation, plus a booking widget for the landlord's own website in the landlord's colour. Prices can be set per bed, per room or for the whole house, with tiered rates for long stays.
Invoices are generated from the booking, including German e-invoices (ZUGFeRD, XRechnung), collective invoices for companies and monthly or weekly billing. Online payments go straight to the landlord's own Stripe account.
EUR 19.90 per month or EUR 190 per year (net) for all properties, no commission, 14-day free trial.
