MusterHQ is what a field crew's safety day looks like when it is not on paper.

6am. A worker opens the app on their own phone and runs the daily check. It takes about two minutes, and it knows their role and the day's task, so nobody scrolls past questions that do not apply to them.

Before the tools come out, the foreman builds the FLHA on site and the crew signs it. A subcontract crew with no accounts can sign on the one phone being passed around. Attendance is confirmed by the foreman rather than assumed, so the roster on the record is the roster that was there.

Through the day, anything that goes wrong is reported by the person who saw it. A hazard or an incident carries a chain of custody up to management, and the original report is never rewritten on the way.

At the office, the dashboard answers the two questions a safety manager is actually asked: is the crew trained, and is the site ready. Certification expiries are flagged before a ticket lapses rather than after. Emergency alerts account for a whole site in seconds.

At the end of it there is one export, and it was built by the shift rather than assembled afterwards.

ROLES. Six of them, each with its own access: owner or administrator, safety manager, supervisor or foreman, worker, auditor, and contractor or guest. An auditor sees the record without being able to change it. A guest signs an FLHA without an account at all.

SECURITY. Each organization's data is isolated at the database level by row level security rather than only hidden in the interface, so a URL cannot be edited into somebody else's workspace. Two-factor authentication with an authenticator app is available on any account. Guest signing links expire after 12 hours, on both the reading and the signing side. Actions are timestamped as they happen, and an original hazard or incident report is never overwritten. Built on Postgres.

PLATFORM. It runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or desktop, and installs to a phone home screen. There is nothing to deploy and nothing for a worker to download from an app store.
