What is N&M?

Customers write on WhatsApp at all hours, often while you are busy with another client. N&M puts an AI receptionist on your business's WhatsApp so that every message gets an answer in seconds, day and night.

What it does

• Answers questions about your services, prices, opening hours and policies, in your business's tone, using only the information you give it.

• Qualifies each contact and saves what the customer wants in the CRM.

• Books, reschedules and cancels appointments in each professional's calendar (Appointments plan), and shares an online booking link customers can use on their own.

• Sends automatic reminders before each appointment to reduce no-shows.

• Hands the conversation to your team, with a summary, whenever a person is needed. Your team replies from the computer, on the same WhatsApp number.

How it works

You keep your number and the WhatsApp Business app on your phone. Setup is self-service: you answer a few simple questions about your business, test the agent in a real conversation and turn it on. It takes about 15 minutes and needs no technician.

Plans

Service (AI answers, CRM and team inbox) and Service + Appointments (adds calendar per professional, booking link and reminders). Both include the whole team and 1,000 AI conversations per month, with no commissions per booking and no long-term contract. Certified invoicing and online payments are available as an add-on in Portugal.

N&M is available in Portugal and Brazil, in Portuguese, with a 30-day free trial.
