Noxus overview

What is Noxus?

Noxus is an agentic operations platform that deploys AI Co-workers to execute complex, multi-system workflows end-to-end inside existing legacy enterprise environments. Targeting large enterprises (over 500M EUR annual revenue) and mid-market companies (50M to 500M EUR revenue) across banking, insurance, healthcare, retail, payments, staffing, and shipbuilding, Noxus operates directly inside SAP ECC, Oracle, Guidewire, ServiceNow, and COBOL-era systems without requiring an API layer or middleware project. Production deployment is achieved in 45 to 80 days. Deployment options include fully managed SaaS, private VPC, on-premises, and air-gapped environments running on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with EU and UK data residency options and support for VMs, Kubernetes, and isolated compute pools.

AI Co-workers interpret unstructured inputs including emails, PDFs, and scanned documents, apply hard-coded business rules, and execute governed outcomes with full audit trails and write-backs into source systems. The platform includes 400+ native connectors spanning CRM, ERP, ITSM, communications, identity, and payments systems. A visual flow builder combines AI, data processing, and business logic through connected nodes. Conversational AI agents use tools, search internal knowledge bases via semantic search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and execute flows autonomously. Dynamic model selection routes each task to the best-fit model based on query complexity, drawing from a model-agnostic architecture with access to providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Mistral. OCR-based digitization, NLP-based message classification, and continuous learning from real cases and human feedback are included. An LLMOps suite provides in-depth analytics, observability, manual and automated evaluations, and configurable safety guardrails.

Human-in-the-loop controls allow operations teams to set confidence thresholds, route exceptions to queues, and approve high-impact actions with full context, preserving governance at scale. Role-based access controls, single sign-on, and comprehensive audit trails support compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR. Consumption-based pricing is tied to operational usage rather than headcount, with no per-seat or per-token billing. Prebuilt AI Co-workers for claims, complaints, document processing, and IT tickets accelerate time-to-value, while an Engine SDK supports developer extensibility across nodes, data sources, triggers, integrations, and models.
