What is Open Experience?
Open Experience is the platform for the construction phase: software and in-house hardware for construction documentation and site supervision under HOAI service phase 8.
Defects are captured on site by smartphone with photo, location and responsible party, assigned to contractors with a deadline and tracked through to the completion notice — including acceptance and the warranty period.
Construction Photos adds photo documentation with automatic GDPR pixelation, Construction Diary the digital site diary, Construction Checklists inspection plans, Construction Time deadline tracking.
Unlike pure software vendors, Open Experience builds its own site hardware: the DIGIBAU 360 helmet camera, Construction Webcam and Construction Weather feed located, time-stamped data into the same project file.
