Sales Order: orders arrive as PDFs, Excel sheets, email text or phone calls. The agent drafts the sales order and checks every line against your ERP: customer, product code and variant, quantity and unit, price list, delivery address and date.

Request for Quotation: the agent reads quote and tender requests (RFQ and RFP) and drafts a response from your price lists, product data and earlier offers.

Customer Desk: status questions and reclamations are answered from the real order behind them, with the source shown for every answer.

Invoice Check: the agent compares what was ordered and delivered with what was billed and flags deviations, with the calculation shown.

Every agent takes its process from the incoming inquiry to a direct answer and resolution, or from the order to a draft in your ERP ready for review. Nothing reaches a customer or the ERP until a person approves it. The agents share one knowledge layer, so the rules that live in people's heads become configuration and master-data gaps are fixed once at the source.
