Ora overview

What is Ora?

Ora is a cloud-based agent readiness scanning and optimization platform targeting SaaS companies, API providers, and developer-facing product teams. It runs real AI agents (not simulated checklists) against any public domain and returns a score (0-100), letter grade (A-F), and detailed layer breakdown in 20-30 seconds. Scoring covers five layers defined by the open, MIT-licensed AgentReady standard: Discoverability, Content for Agents, Capabilities, Identity and Access, and Commerce. All scores are computed entirely from the public web surface with no login, tracker, browser extension, or CDN log integration, reflecting exactly what AI answer engines observe.

Beyond site scanning, Ora provides AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) benchmarking by querying live AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini) in parallel to measure category share of voice, brand-name search accuracy, and Wikipedia/Wikidata presence. GEO benchmarking prompts frontier models from training memory to assess knowledge cutoff coverage and citation likelihood. An Agent Journey viewer sends a real agent to any page and renders its navigation path live, pinpointing exactly where traversal succeeds or stops. Public score history is available for any domain without an account.

Ora also exposes REST and MCP endpoints, allowing coding agents to scan a product, read every failing check, and rescan after each fix in a continuous loop, including against localhost via tunnel. The Ora Directory provides an indexed, agent-readiness-ranked catalog of MCP servers, APIs, documentation, and skills searchable by capability or domain. HATCHA, a reverse CAPTCHA mechanism, verifies that feedback submitters are AI agents, supporting structured agent-to-platform feedback workflows. The AgentReady standard underlying all scoring is open and MIT-licensed, enabling any implementer to audit results against primary specifications rather than a proprietary vendor interpretation.
