Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Ordir overview
What is Ordir?
ORDIR is an artificial intelligence–powered software solution for organizing legal case documents and preparing protocol-ready packages for electronic court filings in Brazil. The system automates the classification, ordering, conversion and assembly of unstructured files while preserving mandatory human review. It caters to solo practitioners, mid-sized law firms and high-volume legal operations requiring compliance with systems such as eproc and PJe.
The platform implements a four-step workflow that begins with the upload of case materials in diverse formats including native and scanned PDFs, word processing documents, spreadsheets, images, email attachments, export files from messaging applications and text files. The AI engine reads document content rather than relying on metadata, normalizes all files to PDF, classifies each piece according to its role in the case, orders them in a sequence that aligns with judicial protocol and merges related fragments such as front and back identification pages or multiple screenshots. The system applies tribunal-specific rules by compressing or splitting files to meet size constraints and by applying standardized naming conventions. A visual review interface enables users to verify classifications, adjust order and approve the final package prior to export.
The software organizes matters by client in a searchable record of all processed cases and generates structured data exports designed for integration with legal practice management systems. Security and privacy are enforced through zero data retention protocols for AI processing and automatic deletion of original uploads after a predefined retention period. Only case metadata and approved outputs remain accessible. The platform adheres to Brazilian data protection regulations and restricts technical staff access to records under strict confidentiality provisions. All conversion, compression, merging and splitting operations occur within the secure environment of the platform without transferring documents to third-party servers.
ORDIR is delivered through a self-service subscription model based on monthly document processing volumes. Multiple tiered plans support individual lawyers, small firms, larger teams and custom enterprise arrangements under consultation. Account setup and configuration occur entirely online without the need for vendor interaction, and subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time.
