Walk into the access review with a named person against every login, and a question already written for each login that has none. Identity governance and IAM leads use it, as do IT audit managers preparing the review.

Paste the export your team already pulls: a directory user export, a cloud platform credential report, an identity provider JSON export or a spreadsheet. Account, type, system and owner are enough; columns such as last logon, password last set, enabled, MFA and last reviewed sharpen the result. Add a staff list of person, status and leaving date to catch owners who have left and leavers whose own accounts are still enabled. Codes work in place of names.

Fourteen findings follow in a fixed order, from a leaver's enabled account to a secret pasted where a label belongs.
