What is Parsek ERP?

Parsek Solutions is a cloud based enterprise resource planning platform tailored to construction companies and field operations. The platform consolidates construction site management, progress billing, time tracking, inventory control, fleet management and financial operations into a unified digital environment. It serves Turkish contractors, construction firms, infrastructure developers and organisations managing multiple construction sites while addressing the specific operational and regulatory compliance requirements of the construction sector in Turkey and adjacent markets.

The platform provides functionality across twenty six integrated modules that cover the full spectrum of construction operations. The progress billing module enables management of subcontractor contracts, input of progress measurements and automation of VAT and withholding tax calculations in compliance with Turkish regulations. The time tracking module integrates GPS and QR code verification for attendance recording, supports offline operation in field environments and generates photographic daily site reports with customizable forms and approval workflows. The inventory and warehouse management capabilities include FIFO and average cost methodologies, inter warehouse transfers, reservation capabilities and critical stock level alerts across multiple sites. The fleet and vehicle management module tracks fuel consumption, schedules preventive maintenance, monitors tire lifecycles with DOT based tracking and rotation schedules and triggers automated alerts for insurance renewals and traffic violations.

Financial management features include multi currency support with Turkish Central Bank exchange rate integration, bank and cash management, check and promissory note tracking, current account reconciliation, loan installment tracking and payment scheduling. The payroll module calculates wages in compliance with Turkish labor regulations, generates e declaration files for government reporting and produces bank transfer XML files for direct deposit processing. The procurement and supply chain functionality comprises multi item requisition workflows, approval chains, multi supplier quotation comparison matrices, supplier performance scoring and a public RFQ system that enables suppliers to submit quotations via email invitation links without requiring system access. The e invoice module automates incoming and outgoing e invoices, e archive invoices and e waybills with integration to accounting workflows. Additional modules address bill of quantities management, production and bill of materials with work orders and actual cost tracking, document management for contracts and compliance certificates, human resources with organizational charts and performance tracking, CRM workflow automation with Kanban boards and strategic business intelligence dashboards with real time KPI monitoring and AI powered recommendation engines. The platform also incorporates an AI assistant called P A R S E K that accepts voice and text commands to create records, analyzes user screens and identifies overdue tasks and anomalies.

Parsek Solutions operates as a cloud native platform hosted in Turkish data centers under service level agreements for near full availability and utilises AES two fifty six encryption for data security. The system complies with KVKK data protection requirements with published privacy disclosures and VERBIS registry documentation. The mobile application functions in offline mode, storing site reports, attendance records and photographs locally before automatic synchronization when connectivity resumes. The platform supports integration with Turkish government e invoice systems and banking infrastructure for electronic fund transfers. Modular deployment options allow organisations to implement individual modules or complete suites based on operational requirements.
