PDVS overview
What is PDVS?
PDVS is a cloud-based, modular platform that brings HR, employee self-service, document management (DMS/QMS) and internal workflows into one place. It helps organizations manage employee records, recruitment and onboarding, leave and work schedules, requests and multi-step approvals, contracts, training, performance reviews, purchasing and company assets.
Employees can submit requests and follow their status, while managers review approvals and track responsibilities. Document workflows support version control, reviews, acknowledgements and audit trails. Role-based permissions and integrations, including Microsoft 365, help teams reduce spreadsheets, email follow-ups and duplicate data entry.
PDVS serves small, mid-sized and large organizations. Modules can be added as needs grow, with unlimited users on MINI, MIDI and MAXI plans. AI-assisted CV parsing and an optional AI assistant are available with suitable configuration.
