The platform consolidates work orders, locations, assets, service providers, quotes, invoices, and service history into a single system, covering the full lifecycle from request through resolution.

Pebble supports three configurable operating models — Client-Managed, Shared Coverage, and Managed Services — selectable per trade and per location, allowing operators to mix self-managed and outsourced operations within the same portfolio. Work order management includes trade, category, priority, and do-not-exceed (DNE) limit configuration per program. Asset tracking maintains individual records per asset, including make, model, serial number, install date, warranty status, full service history, repair cost history, and QR code labels for field scanning and work order submission. Preventative maintenance scheduling is configurable by trade, asset, and location. Service provider management supports the operator's own vendor network, an external managed network, or a combination of both. Reporting and analytics surface open work, spend, service history, recurring issues, and provider performance across the entire portfolio.

Pebble AI allows users to query their operational data — work orders, vendors, assets, and spend — using plain-language questions, receiving answers drawn directly from their own account data without building reports or configuring dashboards. Answers are traceable to the underlying platform records, and data is scoped exclusively to the user's account with no cross-account data access. The platform is accessible via web and a companion app that supports QR code scanning and work order submission, with no on-premises deployment option.
