Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.

GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

What is Picked by Agents?
Picked by Agents helps local businesses monitor whether AI assistants recommend them, which competitors appear instead, and the reasons recorded in those answers. Monthly checks use customer questions about the business and its market. Pick reports collect recorded answers and compare findings with a baseline so owners and marketing teams can decide what to change. The standalone subscription costs $79 per month and does not require a consulting program. A free pick report is available as a starting point. Optional white glove consulting, site and listing fixes, and implementation are scoped and priced separately. Public research includes the Picks Index and open datasets. Recorded assistant answers are observations, not measured bookings or revenue.
