What is Planet Etudes?
Planet Etudes is a construction tender and bid management software, published by ACR Groupe for property developers, general contractors and corporate real estate departments.
Planet Etudes covers contractor tendering, from sending the tender documents to awarding the contract. The tender package (DCE: specifications, bill of quantities, drawings, contract clauses) is uploaded, organized automatically and sent by lot or in waves. Each consulted contractor gets a unique access, and you see who downloaded what. Contractors submit their quote and priced bill of quantities (DPGF) on a dedicated portal. Their bids feed a comparison table, line by line and lot by lot, against the budget. Every tender builds a quote and price database that can be reused on future projects.
For general contractors, Planet Etudes links the pre-bid tender, run to price a response to a call for tenders, and the works tender once the contract is won, with no data re-entry. It connects via API to the existing ERP and to the French SIRENE and Infolégales company databases.
Each client gets its own platform, hosted in France on a dedicated server or installed on its own infrastructure. Over 12,000 tenders have been managed with Planet Etudes.
