Planpoint helps real estate teams sell and lease properties faster with interactive plan viewers.
For new construction and rentals, Planpoint Viewer turns static floor plans into an interactive experience: buyers browse units with live pricing and availability, explore 360 views or immersive 3D, and reach out directly from the viewer. Teams update everything themselves through a simple editor, from availabilities to images to pricing.
For the resale market, Planpoint Visit maps every listing photo to its exact spot on the floor plan. Buyers explore the home room by room and floor by floor, rearrange the layout with their own furniture, and use AI to reimagine any room. A Visit is built in 30 to 60 minutes from photos and floor plans the team already has, then shared anywhere: listing websites, agency sites, text or email.
Both products embed into any website platform, support multiple languages, and include analytics, lead capture and brand customization. Integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Zapier, Calendly and more.
Pricing is monthly with no contracts and no large up-front costs. Support is fast and included
