Platract is a cloud-based MLS listing automation platform built for production home builders selling new-construction homes on Bright MLS across Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC, with Stellar MLS coverage in Florida planned. The platform handles the full listing workflow: builders submit homes, Platract runs 69 automated compliance verifications covering required fields, Fair Housing, compensation, all 17 Bright MLS detail fields, and 30 best-practice quality checks, and a licensed agent reviews and publishes each listing the same day. Changes to live listings process in approximately 3 hours. Bulk submission, spreadsheet import, and floor plan templates that auto-fill construction details across homes built from the same plan are all supported. Pricing is scoped to the number of communities and homes managed rather than fixed tiers.

Beyond listing creation, Platract monitors builder websites against the MLS every 6 hours, flagging price mismatches within $1,000, status discrepancies, and bedroom mismatches, and delivers each alert with the correction written out. The platform also flags homes that sold without ever being listed and tracks Clear Cooperation countdown timers, days-on-market alerts, and price history. On the lead side, Platract captures leads from Zillow, Realtor.com, Homes.com, and Redfin every 5 minutes, matches each lead to the specific home, routes it to the appropriate team member, and escalates unanswered leads from rep to manager. An optional instant reply from the licensed broker is available. CRM webhooks deliver leads, status changes, and closings in real time; inventory feeds are available in JSON, CSV, or XML.

The builder dashboard provides a single-screen view across all communities and homes, from website status through MLS to under contract. Up to 10 custom dashboards can be scheduled for daily, weekly, or monthly email delivery. Reporting includes a sales scorecard, backlog, pending revenue, an owner-only margin view, an 11-month warranty worklist, and repeat-buyer tracking. Team access is managed through three roles (owner, manager, coordinator) with community- or field-level restrictions, optional manager sign-off before submission, and a full audit log.
