Construction runs on a gap: what happens on site, and what the office sees. Today that gap is filled with WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets and a weekly PDF nobody fully trusts. Point tools do not close it, because each one owns a fragment of the project and none of them own the connections.

PleoStack Construction Hub is built as one system rather than a bundle. Ten modules share a single data model:

- Dashboard: customisable project metrics and charts

- Work Breakdown Structure: hierarchical planning with List and Kanban views

- Inspections: quality inspections with a multi-party sequential workflow and configurable policies

- Issues and Snagging: defect tracking with categories, full lifecycle and reinspection

- Documents: file storage and document control, organised by folder and by source

- Material Submittals: material catalogue and a formal approval workflow

- Resources: inventory, deliveries and vendor tracking

- Reports and Analytics: daily field logs, analytics dashboards and client report delivery

- Safety (beta): toolbox talks with sign-off, safety walks, permits to work and incident management

- RFIs (beta): numbered requests with ball-in-court routing and response SLAs

Because the modules are connected, a failed inspection becomes a tracked issue, and a record links to the RFI, submittal or drawing it depends on. A checklist app can record that the pour failed; it cannot tell you which submittal is unapproved or whose ball it is in.

Administration covers role configuration across entity, action and scope, with nine built-in roles plus custom roles, and organisation-wide roles that can differ per project. Organisation-level defaults for work calendar, units, currency, timezone and document numbering inherit automatically to new projects, with per-project overrides.

On the web app, field teams can read cached data and capture safety-walk observations, photos and field notes with no signal, syncing on reconnect. Inspections can be signed off and completed offline.

Subcontractors, vendors, consultants and client representatives are free and unlimited on every plan, permanently. A system of record only works if everyone on the project is actually in it.
