Order splitting capabilities and kitchen display screen integration facilitate communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
The inventory management module provides real-time tracking of stock levels and ingredient costs to maintain accuracy and reduce discrepancies. The reporting system delivers flexible real-time analytics accessible from any device through an administrative portal that allows operators to monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and analyze business data remotely. The invoicing feature streamlines generation of fiscal documents and reduces the time required to produce compliant receipts and invoices. Multi-location management enables oversight of multiple restaurant or cafe locations from a single administrative account with centralized reporting and configuration controls.
PoloTab integrates directly with major third-party delivery platforms including UberEats, Rappi, and DiDi Food to consolidate orders into a single interface and reduce the complexity of operating across multiple delivery channels. The system operates on proprietary hardware supplied to customer locations while implementation processes manage technical requirements for compatible tablets, computers, and printers. Regular updates enhance functionality and maintain compatibility with integrated services through automatic deployment. Technical support is provided through dedicated channels including WhatsApp and email to address technical issues and operational questions as they arise.
