Designed specifically for the tax preparation and accounting industries, PORTL sits on top of existing tax preparation software as the client-facing layer rather than replacing it. Bilingual (English and Spanish) intake questionnaires are routed by return type, and auto-generated engagement letters are 8879-ready. Deposit collection is enforced before prep work begins, ensuring payment is secured at the start of every engagement. Encrypted document uploads are organized by return, and final review, e-sign, and secure document delivery are handled within the same portal environment.
