Preposal overview
What is Preposal?
Preposal is estimating and proposal software for interior designers, contractors and other service firms.
Set up your services and pricing rules once. Each new job then becomes an estimate in minutes: enter the client and property, pick the services, and Preposal works out the price. Send it as a branded proposal page the client opens in any browser, with options side by side and an Accept button.
After it goes out, you see when the client opens it and how they engage with it, and Preposal drafts the follow-up for you. A market check compares your prices with what firms in your area charge, so you know whether a number sits low, in line or high.
Keep track of money owed and received per client. On the Pro plan, see reporting and win rates across every estimate.
There is a free plan for one person. Paid plans are priced per seat, and each extra seat costs less than the first.
