What is Prexo?
Prexo is AI-native software that handles preconstruction processes like RFP analysis, takeoff, estimation, and contract drafting.
The RFP Analysis module identifies requirements, risks, scope gaps, and evaluation criteria in construction RFPs and answers questions with page citations for go/no-go decisions.
The Takeoff Engine uses Agentic AI to automate quantity takeoffs from drawings across various construction trades, with manual drawing tools for full estimator control. The Estimation module turns quantities into material and labor costs, and its What-if Modeler projects the cost impact of price, labor rate, or scope changes.
The Contract module uses AI to help proposal teams draft proposals faster from their own company knowledge. Preconstruction teams can also use AI to draft RFIs for scope gaps, prepare subcontractor bid invitations, and audit contracts for risky or missing clauses.
With everything in one platform, teams avoid re-entering data across disconnected tools.
