Prinquo overview
What is Prinquo?
Prinquo is quoting and shop management software made for apparel decoration shops. Instead of working out prices on a calculator or spreadsheet, you describe the job in plain words, such as "36 navy hoodies, 1-color front, sizes S-XL," and Prinquo returns an itemized quote built from your own price sheet. Garments, print or embroidery locations, setup and screen fees, and size upcharges each get their own line, and the per-piece math is listed so you can check it before you send. Customers receive a professional quote by email, can approve it online, and can pay a deposit through your own Stripe account. Approved quotes turn into jobs on a production board and calendar, and a customer list keeps order history and follow-up reminders in one place. Prinquo was built by the owner of a working print shop in San Francisco.
