PRISM is an investigation skills training and assessment platform designed for customer support teams that need to develop critical thinking capabilities rather than system-specific knowledge. The platform follows a scenario based training methodology built on the PRISM Framework, which consists of five sequential steps: problem identification, research through system investigation, interpretation of signals, solution of root causes, and mastery of the overall process. Each training session presents simulated customer tickets within unfamiliar system environments, such as a healthcare customer relationship management platform, a logistics application, or an e-commerce support tool. Agents engage without documentation, walkthroughs, or prior training materials in order to rely on investigative thinking rather than memorized procedures.

A scoring engine evaluates each completed session across eight distinct thinking dimensions, including problem identification, investigation quality, logical rationale, observation awareness, resolution clarity, calmness under pressure, self sufficiency, and creative thinking. Scores are generated automatically upon submission, eliminating post-session administrative work. Managers access a centralized dashboard that displays red, amber, and green status indicators for each agent along with scenario breakdowns, escalation dependency analysis, and generated coaching recommendations. The dashboard also provides data export capabilities and tracks team performance over a range of difficulty levels for comprehensive insight.

The platform supports custom scenario development that allows organizations to integrate specific use cases into the training library and to create bespoke sandboxes replicating actual workflows, data structures, and business logic within a secure environment. Bespoke packages offer varying configurations of custom scenarios built directly into an organization’s workspace subject to a formal engagement process. Agents train at their own pace in a self serve system while managers receive enhanced support and access to the full scenario library across all levels of challenge.
