PrixParfait is a cloud-based pricing and label management platform for independent food retailers, accessible from any browser on desktop, tablet or mobile, with nothing to install.

Core modules:

- Product catalog: categories with inherited VAT rates and coefficients, supplier records, product families, quick search and filters. Product identity fields (barcode, internal reference) keep re-imports and invoice matching reliable.

- Price engine: two-way computation between purchase price and selling price through VAT and coefficient. Edit either side, the rest follows. Margin and coefficient are always visible per product.

- AI invoice reading: upload a photo, a PDF or a Factur-X e-invoice. Line items are extracted, matched to existing products, and new purchase prices are applied after your review. New products can be created on the fly with AI-suggested names and categories.

- Spreadsheet import: CSV and Excel files with automatic column mapping, designed to load an existing catalog from any file structure.

- Label printing: A4 PDF sheets ready to print at 100 percent scale, 7 design templates automatically matched to the product family, shelf-edge, showcase and custom formats, batch printing, and a live preview identical to the printed output. Direct-to-card printing on 7 PVC card formats compatible with showcase card printers (CR-80 and long formats).

- Regulatory guidance: per-unit prices (per kg or per litre) computed and placed automatically, plus built-in, non-blocking guidance on price display rules covering France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

- Multi-store: manage several shops from one account with per-store data scoping (add-on).
