What is Punch List?
Punch List turns a site walk into a finished punch list report before you leave the building. Create a list per project and capture each item with the fields crews actually track: floor, room, sheet number, description, comments, trade assignment, and resolution date. Attach up to eight photos per item, annotate them in 13 drawing colors, crop, and add automatic timestamps. Sort by six criteria and filter on any combination of fields so each sub sees only their items.
Pro unlocks print-ready PDF reports with a branded cover page and inline photos, digital signatures, and cross-platform transfer between iOS and Android via .pnch files. The app is fully offline: no account required and all data stays on the device.
Teams buy per-seat annual licenses and deploy a single license key through MDM on iOS or Managed Google Play on Android, with no per-user provisioning. A free version covers core punch list work on iPhone, iPad, and Android.
