Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Quick Data Flow overview
What is Quick Data Flow?
Quick Data Flow (QDF) is a cloud-based, managed, event-driven automation layer that connects CRM, ERP, finance, project management, and communication platforms, moving data and triggering actions across systems in real time without custom code or large-scale integration projects. Each QDF is scoped to a single business event, such as a deal closing, an order being created, or a meeting ending, and executes a defined sequence of cross-system actions automatically. Automation logic is derived directly from a client's own Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), encoding business rules, data ownership, and exception handling into each flow. QDFs are deployed and operated as a managed service under Fruition RevOps' control, connecting client platforms via native connectors, APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS platforms including Make, Workato, and N8N. Supported integrations span HubSpot, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Monday.com, Slack, Notion, Asana, Trello, RingCentral, Shipwell, and others.
Quick Data Flow operates on top of the Centralized Data Hub System (CDHS), which enforces data ownership, flow rules, and a single source of truth across all connected systems. Pre-built flows cover high-frequency revenue operations scenarios including deal-to-project kickoff, invoice and payment sync, inventory and finance reconciliation, and lead routing and scoring sync. Custom QDFs can be scoped and built to match a client's exact workflow and toolset. A governance and monitoring layer logs every trigger and execution, providing auditable records and flagging exceptions that require attention. An AI-powered flow, TALK-to-TASKS, processes meeting recordings, voice notes, and calls to extract action items and route structured tasks to project management platforms. The broader automation engine incorporates AI for interpretation of unstructured inputs, prediction of next-best actions, and generation of structured CRM data and outreach content.
Target markets include retail and e-commerce, SaaS, manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain businesses, as well as any organization in the $50M to $500M revenue range whose operations span disconnected systems across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations. Quick Data Flow is suited to teams whose daily work depends on manual data entry, cross-system handoffs, or follow-up tasks that require consistent, governed automation without replacing existing tools or platforms.
