QuiroFlow overview

What is QuiroFlow?

QuiroFlow is built for manual therapy clinics, from a single physiotherapist or chiropractor to centres with several practitioners and locations. Every appointment books the practitioner, the time and a free room or table together, and treatment plans are scheduled in one go, with an alert when a patient stops booking.

Day to day, the clinic sends WhatsApp reminders that patients confirm with one tap, offers freed-up slots to the waiting list, and runs session packages and memberships with recurring billing. An AI receptionist replies on WhatsApp using the calendar's real availability and books or moves appointments. Clinical records hold digital intake and consent forms, SOAP notes, posture analysis from photos and home exercise videos.

Invoices are ready for Spain's VeriFactu. Staff and patients get apps for iPhone and Android, data is hosted in the EU under GDPR, and migration from another system is included.
