Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

QuKI overview
What is QuKI?
QuKI is a cloud-based quality management software platform designed for SMEs and larger organizations operating under ISO 9001 or similar standards, with a primary focus on companies in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. Hosted exclusively in Switzerland with tenant separation at the database level, QuKI runs entirely in the browser across desktop, tablet, and smartphone, with no installation or on-premises server infrastructure required. The platform covers ten individually bookable modules: document management, process management, complaint management, audit management, training management, risk management, CIP and idea management, supplier management, test equipment management, and maintenance management. A cross-module management review report, exportable as PDF, consolidates key figures from all active modules. Single sign-on via Microsoft Entra ID is supported alongside standard email and password authentication.
QuKI embeds AI assistance directly within individual modules rather than as a separate layer. In process management, AI captures process descriptions through conversation, including spoken input, and generates structured descriptions and flow diagrams with phases and responsibilities. In complaint management, AI reads dragged-in emails, PDFs, or photos and pre-fills complaint form fields. In audit management, AI reads process documents, proposes audit questions per standard with confidence values, records findings, and produces the audit report. In training management, AI generates comprehension questions from uploaded materials and videos, and an agent proposes new training content on an ongoing basis. In management review, natural-language queries are answered from tenant data and can be saved for periodic reuse. All AI processing runs through Azure AI. AI suggestions are always marked as such and require human approval before taking effect. AI functions can be switched off in settings, and customer data is not used to train AI models.
QuKI is structured to support incremental adoption: modules can be enabled one at a time, starting with the area of most immediate need. Document management provides central version control, validity tracking, review dates, and four-eyes approval. Process management links descriptions, roles, responsibilities, and applicable documents to a process map. Complaint management covers intake through root cause analysis to the 8D report, with a customer satisfaction link. Audit management supports annual audit programmes, checklists, findings, and action tracking for internal and external audits. Training management handles competency matrices, repeat intervals, and comprehension checks with evidence. Risk management includes a risk matrix with actions, deadlines, and effectiveness checks. Supplier management covers classification, audit references, and escalation levels. Test equipment management tracks calibrations, out-of-tolerance cases, and due dates. Maintenance management provides schedule monitoring, responsibilities, and history. A community forum for quality managers is included in the subscription at no additional cost.
